IronHorse Apartments or IronHorse Living as we say on social is a brand new development breaking ground this spring.  We are the full-service marketing firm of record and are providing a complete suite of services to the ambitious development organization.  SUMMIT’s creative department designed a completely new brand identity, website, and social presence which will document the entire construction process. We also have advertising plans for the Unique Urban Community, that will begin late 2020.
