When Hearthside Fireplace & Patio approached us, their online presence was in need of serious attention. Their website was exceptionally slow, clunky and out of date. It was doing little to enhance their brand – let alone drive additional revenue. We started from the ground up and presented a comprehensive campaign plan that included a full website redesign, targeted advertising via social media, customer relations system (CRM), search engine optimization (SEO), and content generation through landing pages, emails, and articles. Site design took into account strong visuals, conversion strategy, and a methodic approach to target the family-oriented consumer – especially women. The end product resulted in a more user-centric, engaging and focused platform that can serve as central hub to drive conversion and brand message for Hearthside’s additional marketing efforts.
